Jeff Haley founded C-Axis Inc. in 1997 with our first medical manufacturing facility built in the heart of the medical device alley, Minnesota. In 2004 several of C-Axis's customers approached Jeff and expressed a need for manufacturing support in Puerto Rico for their medical devices. C-Axis stepped up to support their customers and built a state of the art facility in Caguas. Puerto Rico. Since 2004 the business has continued to grow by adding capabilities, capacity, and people. As a Medical Device Contract Manufacturer, C-Axis, Inc. has two world-class medical device manufacturing facilities to meet the specific needs of major medical original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) globally. Our Minnesota and Puerto Rico manufacturing locations are certified and operate to ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 13485:2016 (Minnesota Cert, Puerto Rico Cert).
Both C-Axis facilities manufacture critical to function components for medical devices including; implantable medical devices such as heart valves, bone screws, and cardiovascular and neurological based devices.
